A bed you look forward to, a desk you can actually work a deadline at, and your own bathroom. Starlink is the primary line with an independent backup, so a passing storm never costs you a call. Housekeeping comes twice a week with fresh linen.

Downstairs the open bar and kitchen is where the house happens: slow mornings, shared dinners, people worth knowing. Come in as much or as little as you like.
