Tuloy means come in.
In Tagalog, "tuloy po kayo" is what you say at the door: come in, you are welcome here. We named the home after the sentence because it is the whole idea. Nine private ensuite rooms around an open bar and kitchen in General Luna, built for people who stay a while: remote workers, surfers, slow travellers.
The story
Built, not franchised.
Tuloy is not a chain and not a management company's spreadsheet. It is one building that three friends designed, funded and built themselves, a few minutes from Cloud 9. The construction is finished and the rooms are bookable now; a real person still confirms every stay, because that is the kind of place this is.
The bet is simple: give people a private room worth working from, Starlink with a PLDT fibre line behind it, and a table where you actually meet people, and a month here becomes the best month of the year.
