Surfers
Dawn patrol, board storage at the door, the break a ride away.
Coliving · one base, pick your vibe
Tuloy is nine private ensuite rooms around one open bar and kitchen in General Luna. Your room is fully yours: real bed, real desk, your own bathroom. Everything else is shared on your terms: slow mornings at the bar, long-table dinners, people who are also here for a while. Not a hotel, not a hostel, not a surf camp.
One base · every kind of stay
Surf or don’t. Work or switch off. Come as two or arrive solo and leave with a crew.
Dawn patrol, board storage at the door, the break a ride away.
Starlink-fast wifi, a real desk, a workday that ends at the beach.
A private ensuite base to settle into, slow mornings, sunset every night.
Your own room, a shared table. A month here turns into a community.
Never lose a workday
Remote work only works if the connection does. Tuloy runs Starlink as the primary line with an independent backup behind it, so a passing storm never costs you a call. And if your room ever dips, fast internet is about a minute away at the coworking cluster. No vague "fast wifi" claims: we publish a dated speed test, not adjectives.
The long table
Nine rooms is deliberate: big enough for a real table, small enough that you know every face by day three. Dinners happen, surf mornings happen, quiet days happen. You choose which ones are yours.
Straight answers
Nine private ensuite rooms around one open bar and kitchen. Your room is fully yours; the table, the mornings and the people are shared. Not a hostel, not a hotel, not a surf camp.
No. Plenty of guests are here to work, reset and belong. The surf is a bonus, never a requirement.
A month is the product; many stay longer once they settle in. The rate drops at 2 months and again at 4.
Starlink is the primary line with a PLDT fibre backup behind it, and fast internet is about a minute away at the coworking cluster if you ever want a change of scene. We publish a dated speed test rather than vague claims.
Both, on your terms. The community happens at the bar and the long table; your ensuite room is where it stops. Tahimik (“calm”) is named as a promise.
