How do I book?
Use the booking journey on any page, or email us your dates. Nothing is charged online. We confirm your room in writing, then ask for a 20% advance on your first month by transfer to secure it. That advance is part of your rent: on arrival you settle the rest of month one plus the refundable 20% security deposit, in person.
When do you reply?
