Do I pay online?
No rent is ever paid on this site. A refundable 20% deposit of your first month, by bank transfer, confirms your room once we offer it; the bank details come with your offer email. Rent is settled monthly in person.
How fast do you reply?
A person answers, usually within a day. You are never talking to a booking engine.
What if my dates are flexible?
Pick "open-ended" in the journey, or just tell us roughly when. We will find the fit.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before check-in and your deposit is refunded minus a 10% service charge. Under 14 days, or a no-show, the deposit is not refunded. Only the deposit is at risk before you arrive.
